Very clean non-smoking bright room, hot water availability in the bathroom, self controlled a/c, excellent buffet breakfast & lunch, excellent location near train station & eateries and above all very friendly staffs: Faldy (F&B Manager) , Ulli (Front office manager), Icha (F&B Staff), Robby (F&B staff). No more words to say... I will stay here again.

Staff at the hotel is very friendly. Room and bed is comfortable. The breakfast is amazing, lots of variety in terms of food and great taste too.

as usual everything went smoothly, the hot shower was working...only one thing...room 810 AC was not cold, I reported it to the staff and immediately replaced with a cold room at 804...thank you for the good service🙏

As usual the service is very good...close to culinary...only one thing to note is that the towels smell not good...thank you Luminor Pecenongan 🙏.
